Awesome experience at amart ballina. Staff are great, we're super friendly and patient with me over the couple of weeks I was shopping there. They were on board with delivery and understanding my tight time frame and went above and beyond to ensure my items were delivered on time, even though it was a very busy time for them. The store is lovely and well kept. The range is great. Very happy.

Amart is a very large store. Service is absolutely awesome. The staff know what they’re talking about they have after sales service as well. They have a payment plan through latitude so very happy with the service

Luke Dale was amazing!!! He is an asset to your company he was so patient with my million change of minds. Luke was also very helpful in explaining what this and what that is and does. Luke went over and above to help me and not once made me feel like a burden. I highly recommend Luke and thank Amart for providing affordable furniture in such a horrible time.

Came into store on Sunday the 14th of August. I was served by a bloke called Luke it was honestly the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Luke was attentive, accommodating and was happy to answer all of my questions gave me good pricing. I highly recommend seeing Luke on your next visit! Thanks again mate!

After a previous awful experience with the furniture from this store. (Furniture cut me from a pin/!metal spike on a table leg. It was deemed faulty and returned). Today's experience was made perfect by the guy this morning, who packed my tiny hatchback perfectly, carefully and promptly. It was super busy and hot when I arrived out the back, and he was working alone. He was fantastic. I didn't need to lift anything. He was also cheery despite the sweltering heat.

Have been looking all week for a small good quality dining table. Every large furniture store got large waiting times or didn’t want to sell floor stock. Cashed up and my last stop was Amart Ballina. Saw what I wanted and bought it. Big shout out to Abby who didn’t hesitate, who gave a great deal and polite with a smile. Win win ☺️
